Passing training program trainee must:
- Prevention of human injury or loss of life, to ensure safety at sea, and avoidance of damage to the environment;
- Organizational Structures, Responsibilities, Procedures and Resources etc. for implementing safety management system;
- Develop, implement and maintain a SMS system;
- Safe practices in ship operation and a safe working environment;
- Continuously improve safety management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ships.;
- Instructions and procedures to ensure safe operation of ships and protection of the environment in compliance with relevant international and flag State legislation;
- Procedures for reporting accidents and non-conformities with the provisions of this Code;
- Procedures to prepare for and respond to emergency situations;
- Procedures for internal audits and management reviews.
In order to enter into the presented training program, trainee must represent:
- Certificate of Competency, Education Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency;
- Seamen’s book or Civil passport or ID (for coastal water area seafarers’);
- Medical Certificate or medical certificate form 100(for coastal water area seafarers’).
