Training Centre is committed to provide total customer satisfaction in product quality and service. This commitment starts with the supply of products and services which conform to established standards and comply with contractual requirements. From this begins the baseline of continuous improvement in everything we do in our never-ending quest for zero defects.

Measurable departmental quality objectives and procedures shall be continually developed and reviewed by the General Meeting of the Partners at least annually, within the first quarter of the year, subject to validation by the QAS.

Quality policy
The Training Centre team and management are committed to design, develop, provide and assess quality maritime training to ensure safety at sea and to meet the requirements of our customer, regulatory and accrediting bodies.

Our first and guiding principle is maintaining high standard of service and training to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Our instructors are highly qualified, experiences and instructing with state- of-the art teaching methods in ample and modern facilities.

Our training facilities and instructors comply with international and national standards and are regularly audited and approved.

To ensure this policy is successfully implemented, the Training Centre employees and management will be responsible for identifying and meeting customer, regulatory and accrediting bodies’ requirements.

Through continuous evaluation we comply with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The goal of the Training Centre is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
The company is dedicated to the quality policy which will ensure that its activities in respect of the provision of training for the merchant navy fully meets the requirements of its customers at all times. Commitment to the implementation of supporting managerial and operational systems is essential to realizing that goal.
