• have knowledge of Conventions and regulations, Related Seafarers Training;
• will know about Selection and Preparation of Crew;
• will aware of roles and responsibilities of Crewing Company staff;
• know about the STCW Convention;
• know about FOC (Flag of Convenient)
• know about issuing of Endorsements and documents;
• know about Responsibility of Maritime Administration;
• know about ITF agreemants and Seafarer agreement;
• know about ITF STANDARD COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
• know about Filling of forms as Application, NOK and etc
• know meaning of Wage Scale, Crew matrix;
• Know Legal requirements for Creing Agency;
• Familirization about ISO 9001:2015 and MLC Certification;

Entry Standards for admission to the training course are:

• Civil passport, or ID.
