At the completion of the course, students should be able to accumulate following Knowledge:
- to give required specific knowledge and skills on proper the implementation of a security cyber plan;
- to enhance awareness to assess security risk, threat, and vulnerability;
- to undertake regular inspections of the facility to ensure that appropriate security measures are implemented and maintained;
- to ensure that security equipment and any systems, if any, are properly operated and tested;
- to encourage cyber awareness and vigilance;
- the role of Media and the threat of cyber security
In order to enter into the presented training program, trainee must represent:
- Certificate of Competency, Education Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency;
- Seamen’s book or Civil passport or ID;
- Medical Certificate or medical certificate form 100 (for coastal water area seafarers’).
