Leadership, Managerial skills, and Accountability

At the completion of the course, students should be able to accumulate following Knowledge:

• apply related international maritime conventions, recommendations, and national legislation;
• know about shipboard personnel management and training;
• be able to apply effective resource management;
• be aware of accountability and decision-making techniques.

In order to enter into the presented training program, trainee must represent:

• Certificate of Competency, Education Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency;
• Seamen’s book or Civil passport or ID;
• Medical Certificate or medical certificate form 100 (for coastal water area seafarers’).
