He is an experienced maritime professional with extensive practical knowledge gained through his sea-going experience on VLCC-type vessels.He has developed strong operational competence in shipboard management and cargo operations, supported by his solid background in tanker navigation and watchkeeping duties. Mr. Melua speaks three languages fluently, which enables effective communication in an international maritime environment. In addition, he possesses good computer and software skills. He is always willing to share his knowledge and practical experience, supporting the professional development of junior seafarers and trainees.
